Malzemeler:-3 adet büyük boy kereviz
-3 adet havuç
-1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı
-1 su bardağı su
-1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
-1 tatlı kaşığı şeker
-1 çay bardağı portakal suyu (limon suyu da kullanılabilir)
Yapılışı:
Kerevizlerin kabuğu soyulur ve oyma aletiyle içleri çıkartılır. Havuçların kabukları soyulurken kalın olan bölümleri de, göbekleri çıkartılan kerevizlerin içine sığacak kadar inceltilir. Havuçlar kerevizlerin içine yerleştirildikten sonra kerevizler dilim dilim kesilir. Dilimlenen kerevizler tencereye yerleştirilir. Üzerine tuz, şeker, su, zeytinyağı ve portakal suyu eklenip kısık ateşte kerevizler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir. Pişirken suyu azalırsa su eklenebilir. Soğuk olarak servis edilir.
